Message from Sarah
“Years ago I had my own awesome counsellor. I did the work. It felt hard at first and then it got better. She helped me feel emotional freedom that I didn't know existed. It was such a relief.
This is what I want for you: Emotional freedom.
A chance to see things differently and more than that, to feel like it's all going to be ok.
I want you to really know that you've got this, and I’ll help you build your confidence to do so.
We can all get overwhelmed by the pain and challenges of life, but you are not broken. The pain or discomfort you are feeling now is a normal part of being alive, and doing life is better with a safe, support person by yourside.
If you are feeling stuck and are struggling to see the way out...You are not crazy, you are not worthless and you are not without inner strength.
Everything you need is inside of you already and I can’t wait to help you find it.”

Sarah was amazing from my very first session. She was intently focused on what was best for me, how to see through the situation and gaslighting. She has empowered me to trust my intuition and put my needs first. I trust her to guide me through the journey I’m currently on.” ~ Adele

Kind words about working with Sarah
“Before we began couples counselling we had been struggling with communication and how to express our needs clearly. We chose Sarah as we felt her background as a wife, mother and someone who enjoyed travelling was similar to ours. Sarah makes us both feel heard as well as simultaneously helping us to hear each other. Our communication has improved and we now feel more comfortable opening up to each other and moving forward through life together.” Michael
