With a neuroaffirming and collaborative approach, Jaci works with the whole person, integrating somatic and nervous system support, compassion-focused and mindfulness-based practices, creative and expressive therapy, and Parts Work. Her approach is particularly supportive for people who have spent years trying to understand themselves, their relationships, or why certain ways of coping no longer seem to work.
