  • Not to worry - We offer sessions both online and in-person.

  • Not to worry - we offer flexible scheduling, to work around your existing commitments. My clients choose the frequency of their appointments. All I ask is that if you start, you make a personal commitment to the process to we can do it so well. Our therapists work on different days of the week and have after-hours availability too so we’ll find a time that works for you.

  • Therapy may not have worked for you in the past for any number of reasons.

    However, often this comes down to not being able to find a to find a therapist who is the right fit.

    Making sure you start counselling with the right therapist, is just as important to us as it is to you.
